This condo is in the perfect location! Easy access to walking and biking trails, St. Pete, St. Pete Beach, Bradenton & Sarasota! Lovely pool and grounds. The rental unit itself has a great view from a screened in balcony. The bed is very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. However, the living room sofa needs replaced and the easy chair is not comfortable as the seat cushion does not fit properly. Also, the showerhead is a "soft rain" feel; I prefer one w more pressure.

I had a great April in Florida. Everything I needed was supplied in the condo. The property description and pictures well matched the actual unit. The space was beautiful - well decorated and appointed. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciated the desk/work area and was able to work well from the location. The unit was so clean and functional. I appreciated the back up of the property management.

This is our fourth year to stay in this unit. The view is beautiful. The condo is very nice. This is a great area with great restaurants and lots of biking paths. We love it! The furniture definitely needs updating. It is not comfortable and the cushions don’t fit. The neighbors below us smoked and the smoke would come up to our balcony.The owners would not have any control over that, but was probably the only real downside to the unit. I’m hoping to renter again, but, I have not heard back from the rental company on availability.

I was hooked the minute I walked in and saw the view from the kitchen. The balcony with 2 doors allowed me to wake up every morning to a sunrise. Amenities were great. I stayed for 5 weeks! The condo was very well stocked with everything I needed. Kitchen had enough to cook meals with.

The property has everything you need for the month. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. The master bathroom has a nice bathroom as well. At this price point, I definitely expected better furniture in the living room. The couch is broken and makes a terrible squeaky sound ever time you sit down. The chair cushion doesn’t fit the chair correctly and you have to stuff a pillow in the space. If the owners replaced the chair and couch our stay would have been perfect.

The condo has been updated except for the half bath and it is very outdated but, certainly acceptable. Overall very happy with our stay- we will definitely be back!
